After more than 40 years of successful real estate investment syndications, Kennedy Investments is pleased to announce the launch of KI Florida Fund I, offering accredited investors access to diversified commercial real estate investments in Florida.
The Fund will target acquisitions of value-added real estate investments which generate operating income and offer long-term capital appreciation. The Fund will pursue acquisitions in Florida, with a focus on the greater Tampa Bay area, leveraging Kennedy Investments’ 40 years of local operating history and market expertise in the region.
KI Fund Manager LLC, a Florida limited liability company formed by the principals of Kennedy Investments, will be the manager of the Fund, responsible for identifying acquisitions, securing financing, overseeing improvements, providing asset management, and marketing the properties for sale at the end of the Fund’s 7 to 9 year life-cycle.
The Fund is open to accredited investors, family offices and wealth managers who will benefit from a long-term real estate investment relationship with an experienced and successful operating partner.
