On January 24th, Kennedy Investments was proud to celebrate the completion and grand opening of a new climate-controlled, 700-unit self-storage facility in Celebration, Florida. The newest and largest facility of its kind in Celebration is being managed by CubeSmart and will also be a U-Haul truck and trailer rental location. In a market with very little self-storage supply, the new state-of-the-art facility will provide much needed capacity to Celebration’s residents, businesses, and contractors serving nearby Disney. In late 2017, Kennedy Investments partnered with GNP Development to purchase land in booming Celebration, Florida to develop one of the first new self-storage facilities in the community in over a decade. A year and a half later, we’re pleased to see this project become one of the finest of its kind in the state.
