KI Florida Fund II will close on February 28th, 2020, and Kennedy Investments be unable to accept investor subscriptions or deposits received after that date.
We have received accredited investor subscriptions of more than $17M to date, and have already begun evaluating potential investments for Fund II. We hope to announce our first acquisition in the second quarter.
