Kennedy Investments is pleased to announce KI Florida Fund I’s sale of the Take 5 Oil Change property on April 8th, 2020 for $1.39M.
KI Florida Fund I acquired this vacant outparcel for $380,000 in November 2018 and executed a 10-year ground lease with Take 5 Oil Change in March 2019. Take 5 Oil Chance completed their construction on the property in Q3 of 2019. The sale generated in excess of $450K in profit and earned a deal IRR in excess of 65% for KI Florida Fund I.
