Kennedy Investments is pleased to announce the closing of KI Florida Fund II, the second of our value-added, regionally focused commercial real estate investment funds.
Like KI Florida Fund I (launched in 2017), Fund II will pursue investments across all commercial asset types including office, industrial, retail, residential and special purpose. The Fund will pursue acquisitions in Florida, with a focus on the greater Tampa Bay area, leveraging Kennedy Investments’ 50 years of local operating history and market expertise in the region.
The principals of Kennedy Investments will responsible for identifying acquisitions, securing financing, overseeing improvements, providing management and marketing the properties during the Fund’s 7 to 10-year life cycle.
