Tampa Community Partners

In late 2012, Kennedy Investments partnered with a group of local and foreign investors to form Tampa Community Partners, LLLP, with the goal of assembling and operating a portfolio of comfortable, affordable single family rental homes in the Tampa Bay area.

Tampa Community Partners is a private fund which targets special acquisitions in established, homeowner-dominated neighborhoods that have been temporarily affected by the foreclosure crisis, investing in the local community while returning attractive, liveable homes to the market.
