Director of Asset Management
A native of Clearwater, Chris Leandri joined Kennedy Investments in 2021 with several years of commercial real estate experience at publicly-traded real estate investment trusts and privately held firms. He was previously an Asset Management Associate with Spirit Realty Capital, a $6.8B publicly-traded REIT specializing in single-tenant NNN assets, where he primarily focused on lease workouts, and acquisitions and depositions.
Prior to SRC, Chris was a property manager with Brixmor Property Group, a $6.6B publicly-traded REIT specializing in retail centers. At Brixmor, Chris led the South Region in Ancillary Leasing and managed more than 2M square feet across Florida. He began his career at Wildwood Realty in Florida, where he was the Leasing & Property Management Director.
Chris has overseen hundreds of lease transitions, acquisitions and dispositions in his career. He holds a Bachelors in Finance & Real Estate with a Certificate of Eminence in General Management from Florida State University, and is a licensed real estate sales associate. Chris oversees Asset and Property Management operations for Kennedy Investments. In his free time, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, Carolina and their dog, Luna.
