Shannon joined Kennedy Investments Brokerage Team in early 2020 to assist with the company’s rapidly growing portfolio in addition to expanding their third-party book of business. Since then, the Brokerage Team has closed over $60M+ in deal volume consisting of Landlord, Tenant, Buyer, and Seller represented transactions across all asset classes. In her current role as Director of Brokerage, Shannon oversees leasing for the entire KI Portfolio of roughly $200 million along with 3^rd party assignments throughout the Tampa MSA and state of Florida. While managing the full lifecycle of a deal, Shannon interfaces directly with owners, tenants, brokers, and investors to ensure a seamless transaction from deal conception to closing.
