Brandon Crossroads Site Development

Brandon, Florida – Developed 15 acres of raw land next to Brandon Town Center mall, into retail site development into several parcels which were sold to developers or owners, including Borders, Wendy’s, SuntTrust Bank branch location, a retail shopping center, and several restaurants.  One parcel was retained by Kennedy Investments.

North Tampa Shores Center

Oldsmar, Florida – North Tampa Shores Center development project consisted of purchasing 13 acres from an old sign manufacturing company.  The land was redeveloped into 5 acres of retail development (retained by Kennedy Investments) and 8 acres were divided into three parcels that were sold to Colonial Bank for a branch site, Progressive Insurance for a service center site and the remaining land to a local hotel developer.

Palm Harbor Commons

Palm Harbor, Florida – The Palm Harbor Commons site was located on one of the busiest corners in Tampa Bay area – the corner of Nebraska Avenue and US Highway 19.  The site was purchased in 1996  and developed into a Winn Dixie, Walgreens, Hess station and Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant.  The remaining land was developed by Kennedy Investments with a Books A Million, Hollywood Video and other retail and is still part of the Kennedy Investments current portfolio.

Double Branch Road & State Road 580

Tampa, Florida – The Double Branch Road site was a land purchase of 80 acres.  The site was developed into  multi- family sites and retail ready and sold to Fairfield Development.

Florida Avenue  & Fowler Avenue

Tampa, Florida – The Florida and Fowler piece was 1.5 acres and sold to Ugly Duckling Used Cars company.

Bloomingdale Road & Duncan Road

Brandon, Florida – The Bloomingdale and Duncan parcel was 2.0 acres sold to Race Trac Petroleum, Inc.

Lutz Lake Fern Road

Tampa, Florida -The Lutz Lake Fern Road parcel was 350 acres sold to Westfield Homes for residential development.

Gulf to Bay Boulevard

Clearwater, Florida – The Gulf to Bay Blvd. parcel was 2.5 acres sold to Bayrock Development for Exxon convenience store.

Seminole Subdivision

Seminole, Florida – The Seminole subdivision was a 15 lot subdivision with lots sold  individual purchasers.

Waters Avenue & Sheldon Road

Tampa, Florida – The Waters/Sheldon parcel was 11 acres developed and sold to Wendy’s, Gas & Co. and other local purchasers.

56th Street and Fletcher Avenue

Tampa, Florida – The 56th/Fletcher parcel was 9 acres sold for office development and self-storage user.
