Cristina joined Kennedy Investments in March of 2014. Cristina and her family relocated to Tampa Bay from Chicago, with 11 years of experience in mixed-income, mixed-use housing and commercial development with Holsten Management Corporation, a leading innovator in multi-layered development financing for residential and commercial real estate properties in excess of $500,000,000.
At Kennedy Investments, Cristina oversees the accounting and financial operations for more than 60 entities and is a key contributor in other areas of the business, including administration and human resources. Cristina earned a BA in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a MS in Accounting and Financial Management from the Keller Graduate School of Management.
