Cristina joined Kennedy Investments in March 2014 after relocating to Tampa Bay from Chicago. With 11 years of experience in mixed-income, mixed-use housing, and commercial development at Holsten Management Corporation, Cristina played a pivotal role in managing multi-layered development financing for residential and commercial real estate projects totaling over $500 million.
At Kennedy Investments, Cristina is responsible for overseeing the accounting and financial operations across more than 60 entities. She also plays an integral role in other aspects of the business, including investor relations. Cristina holds a BA in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Master’s in Accounting and Financial Management from Keller Graduate School of Management.
