Director of Construction

Vic Pietropaoli serves as the Director of Construction and Facilities, bringing over 40 years of extensive experience in the construction industry. Since joining Kennedy Frost, now known as Kennedy Investments, in July 1995, he has established himself as a key player following a successful twelve-year tenure at Wall-Mark Contracted. Vic excels at leading teams, analyzing complex project requirements, and managing budgets with precision. His substantial contributions to the procurement and construction of office spaces for various leases have been vital, and he has played an instrumental role in supporting the KI brokerage team with the formulation and calculation of tenant improvement budgets for both existing and prospective tenants within the KI portfolio. Outside of work, Mr. Pietropaoli is a passionate supporter of the Lightning, Buccaneers, and Rays, and he dedicates his leisure time to fishing.
